Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information. Last updated 4 August 2026.

Who we are

MK Digital Media (“we”, “us”) is a digital agency based in Pakistan. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through mkdigitalmedia.org.

For any privacy question, contact us at mujahidfreelancer911@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Enquiry details — the name, email address, phone number, company, service interest, budget range and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Correspondence — the contents of emails, WhatsApp messages or calls between us.
  • Technical data — basic, aggregated information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and approximate region. This is not linked to you personally.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
  • To provide services you have engaged us for.
  • To send invoices and administer our agreement with you.
  • To improve how this website works.

We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional email you did not explicitly ask for.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server request data.
  • Email and messaging providers — carry our correspondence with you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to actual client work are kept for as long as we need them to deliver the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, typically seven years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email mujahidfreelancer911@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We store one item in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme preference — which never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy and related protective headers. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.

Note for the site owner: this policy is a good-faith template, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review it against the jurisdictions you operate in — particularly if you serve clients in the UK or EU, where UK GDPR and GDPR impose specific requirements.
